Welcome to the Batara Immigration Community Inner Circle, an exclusive group coaching, mastermind, and hang-out for tired, weary mixed status families – immigrants and U.S. citizen spouses – trying to earn permanent residency during a dark period of immigration law.

Our private members-only community is guided by three goals:

- (b) To create an environment for you to grow, despite public hostility towards immigrants in television, radio, and internet commentaries

How The Group Coaching
And Mastermind Works
Our group coaching and mastermind services are designed to provide mentoring and guidance in a closed environment for serious “do it yourself” immigrants and families committed to achieving immigration success.
Our blueprint includes:
- Sharing goals, success stories, and obstacles to moving forward
- Furnishing support and encouragement to fellow members
- Helping each other with common and diverse goals
- Inspiring growth of mind and spirit in an atmosphere of common trust
- Creating a platform to test new immigration strategies
- Offering ideas in a creative and confidential environment
- Providing pesonal and professional knowledge, advice, and perspective
- Exchanging resources, books, tapes, websites, vendors, articles, etc.
- Brainstorming pros and cons to possible immigration solutions
- Exploring best practices for different immigration cases

Upon signing in, you will be sent a questionnaire to download, complete, and return.
Our intent is to assess every prospective member’s needs, goals, challenges, and strengths – and to ensure all applicants will be comfortable as active participants in group coaching and mastermind activities, as well as sources of positive support for fellow members.
We want to ensure you will gain the maximum benefits from joining our community at the present time.
Group Guidelines
Our mastermind places a high value on a participatory, respectful, and inclusive approach to immigration success. As a result, to make this a supportive and productive group, here are some guidelines for members to follow.
GETTING STARTED
Once your membership is approved, there is no need to post “Thanks for adding me to this group.” We’re glad you decided to join our inner circle, but we prefer that you go ahead and comment on a post. This will let us know you’re here, and get you in the swing of sharing your thoughts with other members.
Because this is a “community”, we require all members to positively contribute to the group’s learning and growing.
ASK AND GIVE
This is a community where you should feel comfortable sharing the challenges you face, as there are likely others who have already experienced the same struggles, who are currently experiencing them, or who will at some point experience them.
Likewise, be open about contributing your wins and success tips so others can learn more about what is working in various situations.
However, be careful about postings that contains private or sensitive information.
NO PITCHES OR SELF PROMOTION
What’s a pitch? “Check out my X, Y, Z and do A, B, C.”
This community is built around the sharing of valuable information in a way that can help mastermind participants.
Our group is deliberately limited. It is built specifically as a education and empowerment platform to help you build and grow your relationships with each other, and heighten your knowledge about immigration laws and issues – not as a channel to advertise businesses, products, or services.
Keep your posts relevant to the Mastermind membership community.
NO DEGRADING OTHERS
There is no room to degrade someone else’s ideas, to exhibit negativity towards others, or just being a jerk.
We’re here to help each other in a constructive manner. Disagreements are natural, but all disagreements should be handled with common courtesy and human decency.
Rude, hostile, or mean-spirited behavior will get you banned.
NO UPLOADED/LINKED VIDEOS
Other than videos uploaded by the Mastermind administrators, no videos, including no “Facebook Live” videos, are allowed inside our group.
Although we love Facebook Live and other types of streaming, we know if some members start to go “live” on their own, it will distract others from the community’s main focus.
In addition, the privacy and confidentiality of our group members will be lost.
VIOLATIONS OF GROUP RULES
Any posts that violate the above rules will be deleted without notice.
Any actions that violate the above rules will lead to being removed from the group.
